Wearing a smile today ...
75 and sunny ... finally some good running-weather!

Tropical heat has kept me from gettin out there for a few days. One day last week I did 5 miles in oppressive heat and ended up feelin like I walked thru jax carwash. I concluded I oughta have my head examined ... so consequently went straight to the bar ... um, I guess talking to bartenders kinda qualifies? ... though I'm certain' not sanctioned by the American Psychiatric Association ... but hey, medication *was* involved, the fees were reasonable, and therapeutic hugs were obtained (one hug is equal in efficacy to a half hour of analysis ... one group hug equals an hour!).

I'm not sure what my excuse was last night though... but it sure was fun:-) *Somebody's* suggestions woo'd me into it.
I am weighing the payback options ... tequila shots? ... a good lonnggg tongue 'lashing'? (Mmmm ... maybe both of the above)
Enough of that for the moment ... time to let the horse out ... off to the river for 5 miles :-D
